This product is backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty for the monitor arm, and a 5 year warranty for the scissor lift. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, when properly installed and maintained. It applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
