Shipping Times: Standard products typically ship within 7 business days. Fabrix Express chairs usually ship within 3 business days.

Shipping Warehouses: Orders ship from the closest warehouse based on your location:

Shipping Method: FedEx Ground. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


ergoCentric

Quick Ship: Some products may qualify for ‘Quick Ship’. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped from the St. Louis facility via UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.

Standard Orders: Most products follow a lead time of up to 10 business days. Larger orders may take additional time and will be assessed by your Sales or Customer Service Manager.

Shipping Claims: All shipments are packed according to carrier standards. Customers are responsible for checking packages at delivery and reporting visible damage or shortages to the carrier within 5 days.

Storage & Redelivery: If the customer cannot accept delivery when the order is ready, we reserve the right to move the order to storage and invoice at that time. Redelivery costs will apply if the original delivery attempt was made according to the order.

Miscellaneous: Product measurements may have slight variations. Minor irregularities in materials, texture, or color may occur. Technical changes in design may be made without notice.

Domestic Shipping: Ships via FedEx Ground (1–7 business days from San Francisco area). Shipping costs are shown during checkout based on address.

Express Shipping: FedEx Express is available with pricing shown during checkout.

Shipping Cutoff: Orders placed before 11 AM Pacific Time usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM typically ship the next business day.

Shipping: Free shipping on all Adapt Global products.

Lead Time: Standard shipping lead time is 5–7 business days.
