Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here are our general return and warranty guidelines that apply to most products across the brands we carry:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging with all accessories.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required before any return is accepted.
  • Restocking fees may apply depending on the manufacturer and product type.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process once approved.
  • Replacement parts are not eligible for return or refund.

Eurotech

Returns: Fabrix chairs and custom orders are non-returnable. A 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty: Lifetime warranty on components (except 24/7 chairs). Foam and upholstery are covered for 5 years. 24/7 chairs: 5 years components, 2 years upholstery. Covers up to 275 lbs under normal use (40-hour workweek). Labor and shipping not included.


ergoCentric

Returns: Custom-built chairs are non-returnable. Items must be in excellent condition. Restocking fees are determined by the manufacturer. Contact us to obtain an RA number and return address.

Warranty: 12-year, 3-shift warranty on most components. 10-year coverage for approved fabrics. Weight limits vary (up to 350 lbs). Warranty applies only when installed and used according to manufacturer guidelines. Excludes damage from misuse or modifications.


Evoluent

Returns: Product must be in original packaging and include all accessories. RA number required.

Warranty: 2 years for mice, 1 year for keyboards. Covers manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse or chemical cleaning is not covered.


Adapt Global

Returns: Items must be unused, complete, and returned in original packaging. RA required. Restocking fees may apply based on product type.

Warranty: ILS: 15 years, Wave Light: 5 years, Space Arms/Beams/Pelican Drawers: 10 years, Flooring: 1 year. Covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modifications.


Bambach

Returns: Products must be in new condition and in the original box with all accessories. RA required. We recommend insured shipping (FedEx preferred).

Warranty: 5 Year warranty covers manufacturing defects. Excludes damage from misuse, accidents, harsh cleaning products, and normal wear. Defective products are replaced with an identical or equivalent model when available.
