Eurotech Apollo Mesh Back Drafting Stool

The other one worked so well for my standing desk that my assistant now wanted one too :) Strong, without wheels you can lean on it too if you want (it stays in place and is very sturdy). Mine from three years ago is still in perfect condition, you can barely tell which is the new one! Such a great find!!

This thing was way too eat to put together. For a second, I was scared to sit on it because I figured I did something wrong in the 45 minutes it took, but it's extremely smooth and the foot rest/ring is very secure if you tighten it enough. I'm really happy with it and I'm excited to use it with my standing/tall desk.

This chair is outstanding. Very comfortable. Durable over 2 years of use.

We use a motorized drafting table in the studio and the chair adjusts to the tables various configurations. It has been comfortable even after hours of use.

I bought this chair after watching and reading different reviews. I wanted a chair tall enough for me to sit high, even at a lectern. This definitely did not disappoint there. I’m 6’ and I have to jump into the chair to get in it at its tallest position.The issue came in, as I see from other reviews, about the back rest. It did not stay in place. (I wished I would have seen those reviews before buying this.) But, after looking at another one of Eurotech’s chairs to see if there is a fix, I found the solution. Apparently, the back is on a ratchet system. If you lift it all the way to the top position, it is designed to fall back to the lowest position. With that in mind, I found the position right before the highest position and so far so good. It seems to be staying in place. The company should definitely make this more clear, to minimize future complaints.While the chair does not have a tilt feature and trying to get the arm rests at the exact same spot can be a challenge if higher than the lowest level, for the price, it seems to do the job. With the back rest issue resolved, I am a happy camper.
