The ergoCentric tCentric Hybrid Office Chair is backed by a 12-year warranty, covering all components, including casters, cylinders, arms, foam, and moving mechanisms. It supports 24/7 use for users up to 350 lbs with Multi Tilt and Synchro Glide mechanisms, while other mechanisms are covered for users up to 280 lbs.
The warranty applies to original purchasers when the chair is used as intended and installed by an authorized technician. Fabrics are covered for 10 years, except for tCentric Hybrid mesh, which is included under the 12-year warranty. Normal wear and tear, color changes, and customer-supplied fabrics are not covered.
